ABOUT ME
I'm Eyosiyas Girma, Natural Science Scholar & Aspiring Innovator
I am a Natural Sciences student with a strong academic interest in mathematics and physics. I enjoy understanding complex concepts, solving challenging problems, and exploring how scientific ideas can be applied to real-world situations.
Beyond academics, I value leadership and community service. Through my work as Student Council President, participation in school activities, and teaching mathematics and physics, I have sought to help other students learn and contribute to my community.
I am also interested in technology and programming. My work on a gesture-controlled virtual mouse has allowed me to explore Python and computer vision while developing practical problem-solving skills.
I believe education is most meaningful when it creates opportunities not only for personal growth but also for others.
What I Do!
Computer Vision & Interactive Python
Developing practical Python applications and webcam vision models that translate real-time hand gestures into intuitive digital actions.
Physics & Mathematics Mentorship
Teaching and demystifying advanced physics and mathematics concepts for community students and peer study circles through structured, intuitive problem solving.
Student Leadership & Community Outreach
Leading school-wide student councils, directing science clubs, and coordinating charity initiatives that mobilize resources and support local community welfare.
Digital Design, Musicianship & Languages
Creating vector and raster visual assets with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, acoustic guitar performance, and continuous French language practice.
